２０２０年オリンピックに向けて、日本人のみならず外国人にも日本の素晴らしさを肌で感じてもらいたいとういうイメージから、『和』をテーマにしたコンセプトです。
木と光を使った上品さと清潔感が漂う空間を目指しており、お客さんに自由な一時を楽しんで貰い、クリエイティブなレンタル個室が狙いです。
Missed the last train back home? or wishing for an immediate retreat from your work life?
Renting a clean room with a shower to refresh yourself; a bed to recharge from a busy day; a personal space to work on the go; has been a trendy phenomenon in Tokyo for the past decade.
The concept design for the client involves an extremely compact layout with 17 rental rooms to be fitted within 177sq.m of a commercial building. Mixture of different room types from 4sqm to 9sqm are provided to diversify the mix. A concierge reception and Back of House area is provided for staff while a high-end interior finishes corridor with illuminated shoji ceiling guides the guests to their individual rooms.
The 9 sqm room is considered as the largest room of all, with timber louvers encompassing the space by running them from the ceiling to the wall to give a sense of continuity for such confined space.
